Blog Post #4

I believe Squealer's reasoning is very deceiving. Napoleon is stating that the animals will make mistakes, but what makes him any different. He is an animal, who, also makes mistakes. So why should the other animals have to deal with the consequences of Napoleon if they had no agreement to it. Squealer is trying to stop the animals from doubting Napoleon's ideas, but the animals are already beginning to question their leader.

A good leader requires intelligence. An intelligent leader will be able to make decisions that are good or bad for the group he/she is leading. Either way, they will be able to have a plan and make decisions off of probability and wits. They will be able to form a plan that has a better chance of working out in the end. Also, a good leader should have good communication skills and be able to influence a crowd.
